as a pastry shop. Almost 2 years later
they began to produce a delicious and creamy gelato for a local ice cream shop
and in 1989 they opened their own gelataria.

They use pure buffalo milk, which has a sweet flavour, white opaque colour and is full of proteins and calcium. They apply the most modern technologies to hand crafted tradition.
